Legal Question in Family Law in California
child support
My daughter and her exfieance have a 7 year old. Dad was injured very badly in a motorcycle accident in May 2007, resulting in him be temporaly disabled, giving his grandmother power of attorney. When may daughter found out dad had been doing drugs again, prior to injury she broke off the engagment. Since dad's grandma has power of attorney she has filed a modification for child support, Grandma has never liked my daughter or her son. There is an open case with CSS, will they represent my grandson? Does the grandmother have any rights regarding my grandson?
