child support /divorce

my wages are being garnished for a child the is not mine. i did not show up to court thinking nothing would happen, but now 25% of my check is being garnished. could i get a dna test and reappeal this.

also if i can not find my wife and i would like to get divorced could i?? or do i have to serve her? i need alot of help.

You have to act quickly to set aside the default that may have been entered against you. If you are able to set aside the default (if exists) then you may file the an answer requesting a blood test. I will need to obtain a copy of the court file to provide you with additional advice or information, but "TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE". I suggest that you see a lawyer immediately.
