Child Support

I'm a divorced father of (2), the kids live w/my ex-wife. We have joint custody. I make $75,000.00 a yr and my current wife makes $40,000.00 a year. I'm in the middle of working out child support. How much should I be expected to pay in child support?

The Guideline child support formula requires three factor, your net income, her net income and the percentage of time that the children spend with you. There are some variables, therefore, it is best that you consult with a family law attorney who can ask the right questions and calculate the amount of support. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
