Child SUpport

I have been divorced for 4 years - and have custody of my child with no child support was never discussied in final decree - How can I go abt obtaining child support for past setting something up for furture. What forms etc should I complete and will I have to go to court since verbal conversations have failed

File an order to show cause for child support.

Consult with an attorney before you do anything. You may be able to file for child support for a time prior to the time you file the OSC. There is a provision for retroactive on child support if this is the first request.
