Child Support Documentation

Can I ask my ex-spouse for documentation on how she spends the child support that I provide to her.

No, you cannot. It's presumed that it's being used for the child because she is providing a roof, food, and clothing, etc. The support is based on the amount of income each party earns and the amount of time each party has the child. It's not based on what she buys for the child.
