child support

do they drug test you when modifying child support hearings. specifically in bakersfield ca or any where my sister goes to court and i think she has been using .please help!

Generally custody issues, except the per cent of time with each parent, are not relevant to support issues. If you are concerned about having to take a drug test you should immediately enter into a program to stop drug useage. Using illegal drugs will result in your child or children being removed by CPS. That has the potential of your paental rights being terminated.
