Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

My ex-boyfriend who I have 1 child with is trying to get me for child support and I have no income or a good place to stay right now and we do have 50-50 custody and I haven't really been picking up hte child as much as I'm suppose to because I've been trying really hard to find some kind income. I don't know what to do about the child support issue. Can someone give me some advice on what to do?

Your first concern should be your child. Father it appears is employed and should be paying some child support to you, while you are seeking employment.
