child support
Is there an explanation in detail as to what child support is to be used for?

Re: child support
Child support is to reimburse the custodial parent for costs of raising the child. There is no way to audit or review how child support is spent by the other parent. The only possible exception would be if the parent was not adequately providing for the child. In that case the question would be the best interests of the child, which would be served by adequately providing for the child. However, the parent complaining about the lack of adequate provision for the child may result in an increase in child support.
Re: child support
If you suspect that the other parent is not using child support for the child, you may file a motion to have the child support audited, however you must allege facts which show such a suspicion.
