Re: child support

There is presently no statute of limitation on the collecting of unpaid child support. However, the court may find that under some circumstances that you should not be allowed to proceed with collection, if the delay in collecting the support is unjustified.

You should act to collect the support as it becomes due. If you are unable to collect the support keep a record of your attempts to collect.
