contact the local district attorney's office, family support division. This office will pursue child increases.

If you wish to proceed on your own, learn the local rules of court regarding producing information to verify income.

You can obtain a subpeona from the family law clerk. There is little or no charge for this servoce. A photo copy of a subpeona issued by the court clerk should satisfactory. You would want a Subpeona duces tecum, which requires the production of documents. Some one other than you, who is 18 years or older may serve the subpeona duces tecum on him. You must also serve a declaration stating what documents are to be produced and that he has them. This information may also be subpeonaed from his employer.
