Child support

My granddaughter lives with me and has for 3 years and all of this time her mother gets the child support from her ex and she doesnt even live with her. I pay for everything and get nothing for support. How can i get the support that should be going to my granddaughters care?

You need to file a petition for guardianship. Then, if approved, the court will order that Child Support be paid to you as opposed to mom.
