Child Support

the guardian of my child is collecting welfare for my 2 and a half year old since she was born I have been paying her child support for some time. since I payed with a personal check I do have record of it. so the amounts that I have given can be prooved and deducted from the back owed support, right? can she be charged with fraud for not reporting it?

Yes you should be credited with the amounts that you have paid. The guardian can be charged with welfare fraud if she did not report receipt of the funds. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
