get child support
me and my husband have decided
to separate and i will be keeping my 2 kids my oldest is turning 18 and my son is 13 i wanted to know if i can get my husband to pay for child support because i cannt afford to pay for my rent by myself and also support my 2 kids

The general rule is that child support can be ordered for a child until the child is 18 or 19 if the child is a full time student in high school. You may also have a claim for spousal support.
