Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child support

My ex husband and I have a signed

agreement that we will share the

expenses for our children's Catholic

high school education. This is not a

court order and is not notarized, My

daughter has attended this school for

2 year and is doing very well. My son

is starting the school next year after

9 years of Catholic school. My ex

husband paid for my oldest son to

attend the same school but is also

refusing to share the cost of college

for my oldest son. Is this signed

contract binding?

Re: Child support

The agreement as your presented it covers only high school. College does not appear to be included. You should take the agreement to an attorney for a review of its terms and validity.
