does child support mean child support?
My soon to be ex informed me that she is being evicted and has no where to go. She suggest that my son come and live with me. Now I can see this lasting about 1 month or 2. I have a ststement for her to sign so that she cant say that I kidnapped my son. But if she decides not to inform child support of the change, is there anything I can do to get the child support portion of what they take from my check and she can keep the arrears portion, until she gets back on her feet then we can change it back? I just want the child support to go for what its for. Child support does mean child support right? Thank you for your tine.

The answer to your question depends upon whom the arrears are owed. If she is receiving welfare from the county then you could contact the county and report the change in custody. She would then have to report the change or face welfare fraud and perjury criminl charges. If the payment goes to her you would have to obtain a court order changing the child support withholding order.
