child support issues

if a person is arrested in california on a outstanding warrant from ohio for child support and is to be picked up by ohio enforcement, does ohio enforcement have a time limit to pick that person up before california releases them?

This is a criminal law question, and not a family law question. There is a time limit but I don't recall what that time limit is.
