Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

Juli and I have two kids together ages two and three. we have been seperated since july 2003. I have been giving her $700.00 a month for child support. All negotiations were out of court. She recently handed me a form that breaks down my income as well as hers and the percent of time that we both have the kids. She has a friend in law that provided her this formated info, but her numbers are all one sided and not accurate. My question is: Is there a format in which I could plug in my own numbers and compare the figures on a more accurate basis.

There are numerous factors associated with computation of child support including but not limited to, percentage of custody and income. I believe it would behoove you to consult with a Family Law attorney as it may well be in your best interest to have the court make the support determination.
