Child Support

The child support for my three kids had been modified in March 09'. In April and May, i was getting the ''new'' modified amount. In June i recieved the ''new'' amount plus an extra $250. The modified amount comes from the Child Support Services. Should i pay back the ''extra'' funds or should i wait to hear from my Exs lawyer? (I do not have a lawyer)

I would wait for him to state that he has over paid child support. Some judges consider such an over payment to be a gift.

You are always responsible repaying any over payments that are paid. I would clarify with the obligor what the 250 comes from, it may be something he actually does owe you.
