When is no child support legal?

Is it true that when each partner has 50% custody, and each earn about the same amount of money, no child support is due fromt he father?

No its not true. It all comes down to who makes the most money. In a 50-50 one party who makes more money than the other will have to pay CS according to the statutory guildlines!! The amount of money will have to be paid depends on how much more money they make.
