Child Support
If I was legally raped will i have to pay child support? I was extremly intoxicated and I blacked-out. I told the young woman that i didnt want to have sex with her before i blacked out.

The California support decided that a teenage boy, who was minor, would have to pay child support for the child he fathered. In this case the mother of the child was convicted of molest of the boy. Therefore you should expect to pay child support.
