child support

I live in Califorina, and just was re-married. Does my new husbands income change my child support amount that I currenty recieve?

It depends. If you claim to not be working and you want to go after him for more money because you aren't earning any, he would probably point out in court that your new spouse makes money, and the court would most likely take your new spouse's income into consideration.
