child support

living with boyfriend (baby's father) in his moms house, they have 9 dogs, not a safe place to raise a baby at 4 months old. planning to move out what steps can I take, I'm not married to him does support me financialy. all my family is in texas. want to move to texas need legal advice. thankyou.

I think that I just responded to another of your questions. Talk to an attorney in your county concerning your rights and responsibilities. He can give you practical advice on what to do. Make sure the attorney has handled at least 50 custody cases in the last 5 years. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
