Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support, living trusts

My daughter's father, Frank, owes me $80K in support. When his parents died they left a trust stating that he was to receive the main estate and his brother, George, was to recieve their secondary home. The 2 brothers despise eachother and do not speak. Knowing that Frank owes child support from another child, they put the house in George's name. I feel there must be some stipulation about ownership and who actually resides there because, George was trying and probably continues to try to boot Frank from the home. Frank is limited in lifeskills and brains. He has no job, no credit and he has spent his inheiratance. The home is paid for and is worth about 300 K. Could this possibly be a case of fraudulent ownership and if so is there a way to tap into his assets that are in his brother's name? Also, my daughter's name is mentioned in the trust. Is my daughter entitled to something and if so, how easy would it be for George to take what is hers away from her since the property is in his name? I think it she was supposed to get the home when Frank died. this happened 12 years ago. Franks parents took care of everything. They knew that he was unable to take care of any important details. I've never seen the trust.
