child support

If a man is the non biological parent to his current wifes child for ten+ years and they divorce is he resonsible for the child as his own and will he have to pay child support?

The only people responsible for the child after divorce are the legal parents. if you aren't on the birth certificate and you have not legally adopted him, then I can think of no basis for a judge ordering it. By the same token, you have no rights to visitation. Spousal support could be a different story and is dependent on several factors. Contact me if you have further questions.
