Getting Child Support
I am not married to the father of my child. There are no custody or visitation orders, the father does not see his child. He is currently out of state. To avoid paying the child support order filed by the Child Support Agency, he is planning to quit his job and put all his assets in his mother's or family's name. Would I still be able to collect?

If there is evidence to support your allegations, he can be ordered to obtain employment, and child support can be set based on his ability to earn. If he continues to refuse to obtain employemt he can be tried for failure to support his child. There are both federal and state laws that apply to him.
You may not get paid child support but you can tie him up for the rest of his life.
