Child Support from a Married Man

I am pregnant by a man who is married, he is planning on quitting his job so that I am unable to collect child support, he plans to live off the income of his wife, can I collect child support from her?

no, but you can get it from him. if he quits his job the court will impute his income for the purposes of setting a child support order.
