child support modifacation

My ex husband have 50/50 custody for our 3 children. My home is the physical address where the kids live. He recienty quit his job and moved to San Diego, he has been seeing the kids for the last few months every other weekend and his time with the kids is more like 10%. Is this a good case for support modification?

It would be grounds for modification of the child support order. I would suggest that you talk to an attorney and have him do a calcualtion of guideline child support. Also, discuss the father's move, new job, etc. You don't want to go to court and have child support reduced. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
