Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support modification

My ex-husband moved to a city with lower work wages.He now has custody of his two other children and would like to lower his $250.00 a month child support.I have my son 90% of the time.I do not work.I would like to suboena his last employer to look at his wages.Can I do this?Will my current husbands income be figured? Thank you.

Yes, you can subpoena you ex's job records and no, your husband's income is not supposed to be counted when calculating support except to figure your tax bracket.
