Child support modification

I just moved to riverside county. My divorce was decreed and child support set in San Bernadino county in 1994. I need to get more child support for my growing children and need to know if I can now file in Riverside county. Also I need to know how i can find out how much he should be paying now, but he not very co-operative so I cannot use the child support calculator offered on another page, but need to know how much they are entitled to. Thank you

The origional court retains jurisdiction so you should return there. To get more support you will need to prove his income. See the local district attorney for free help.
