child support modification response

my ex has an OSC he wants to modify child support. I repsponded and filed it with the court. I was told I have to mail my ex a copy of my filed response. how many days do I have to do that from the time it was filed?

Generally the response to mailed to the other party before it is filed with the court. You should immediately mail a copy to him.
