child support modification

i am seeking help in the area of child support modification. i do not know where my x-wife and two child are and have had no visitation with my children in over four years. i recently became disabled and can no longer afford to pay child support. what do i file with the courts and how do i serve my former spouse? i can not afford an attorney but would like to be represented. please offer any help or suggesstions.

You have to file a motion to modify visitation and child support correspondingwith a request for mediation.
