Child Support Modifications

Under what circumstances can the department of child support service requests for a review or modifications on child support payment? What are the factors that determine if they will request for a modifications? Does it base on a percentage of support payment or salary changes? What are my rights?

When there has been a substantial change of either parent, or the child. The change in circumstances generally involves money, per cent of visitation or expenses incurred for the child.
