When It comes to Child support, if the mom makes more money then the dad who pays child support to who is the mom has the kids?

It's a somewhat complex formula that takes into account incomes and custodial time, along with some other things. If custody is 50/50 then the higher earner pretty much always pays. If the custodial time to the high earner is also enough higher, though, and the income difference is small enough, then the lower earner could wind up paying support to the higher earner.
