Child Support

If mom has to pay child support to dad untill child graduates form school. Child will be 18 this month but will not graduate high school until 06/08, when child turns 18 does $$ go directly to child and not dad anymore? Child has moved out of dads to grandparents house. Will child support go direct to child since she is 18 now? Court says mom has to pay until child graduates school in June 2008

The money goes to the person named in the child support order even if child is over 18 and still in school.
