child support

i want to know if child support can take money out of a savings acct for arrears if they are taking support out of my checks..

Yes, they can take the money from anywhere they can find it, including your tax returns. Unless you have an agreement with them on repayment of the arrears, which is added onto to your current child support and just taken out of your checks.
