child support
The mother of my child is taking me to court to modify child support, and is claiming that i make 45,000 a yr and i dont,plus that i drive a benz that i cant even offered is there anything i can do for the false accusations

You need to show the court what your income actually is by filing a responsive declaration and an income and expense declaration. Check local court rules on whether you file you pay stub with the I & E or you take it to court with you. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
