child support

Is the non custodial parent supposed to give income information to the custodial parent during a modification even thoughthe department of child support services is involved? If they are required and do not comply how does the custodial parent get the information ? Also is the local child support office supposed to verify the accuratcy of the information provided directly to them ?

Re: child support

The court can order him to produce the financial information. If he does not produce the financial information the court can impute income to him. The amount of income would probably be much more than the actual amount that he earns.
