child support from non married partner

I am in a relationship that with a women, we rent a home together and that is the extent of our mingly of finaces(split bill also) she is going through a child support payments with her ex-husband. the attorneys are asking for my income and sorts. I do not know what my position is on this issue. Will i be paying her child support just because we live together. please advise on this issue. also never have we said we are engaged to be married. and her spouse has custody of the children. they share physical custody. they also live 1 hour apart.

You will never be responsible for her child support but the fact that she is living with someone who might be paying her expenses may have an effect on how much support she may be obligated to pay. Also, you have no obligation to reveal your personal finances in this case in which you are not a party.
