Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

Am I obligated to pay child support to my ex-wife who lives in Mexico? She is trying to sue me. I live here in California and have a permanent resident card.

Re: child support

The support of your child is the responsibility of both parents. Should speak with an attorney to discuss all and provide all documents/information to review to better analyze and answer your questions.
