Child Support

Can I obtain a restricted driver's license when mine has been suspended by Child Support Enforcement? I will lose my job and income without my CA/DL

There is no reason that your suspension should be made permanent. I have had the restriction lifted the same day as I was retain. Usually does not take that long, but it should be done in a matter of days, if you have a job. Call me. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
