Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

I have obtained legal custody of my son.And payed a layer $1300 and still have not gone to court to get child support.I have been advised by a friend to fire my lawyer(on account that he has a bad rep.and many complaints against him.) I don't want to drag this out and need to know what forms I need to submit to the court to finish this myself. I have run out of funds and need child suport from a dead beat dad.Please e-mail me and let me know how to go about going to court and filling charges against him myself. Very thankful for yopur response.

Contact the family court law clinic. You should conact the attorney and demand a refund of your retainer from the attorney.
