I,m being order to pay child support and recently got remarried is my new husband going to be required to pay support if i can,t

Probably not. If you "can't" pay support you should file an OSC to modify your support order to zero. If you "could" pay if you had a job, but don't have a job because you're going to be a homemaker, then the court will find that you "could" pay and your support order will remain in play. If you still don't pay, the court will will eventually take your driver's license. To avoid those issues, your new spouse could pay on your behalf. I hope that covered everything for you.
