Child Support

I have been ordered as of June 2003 $1,856 per month. This is including our house payment. If I move out of State...will I still collect the amount ordered...even though Im out of His home?

Really like to help, but need more info. My expectations, however, are that part of the funds you receive are as you noted, for the house payment. While I expect you will still have right to such payment, it may be adjusted. Also, is the court aware that you are moving out of state with the child? Call to discuss. 800-685-6950
