child support

I was ordered to pay child support but I am currently not working., what happens with the payments.

You will immediately want to go into court for a motion modifying your child support to reflect the fact that you are not working. Failure to do so may result in child support arrearages accruing against you.

you must continue making the payments. if you're not working you should go to court to modify the support order. do it tomorrow.
