If child support is being paid through California courts can the two dependent children be moved out of California and still get California child support

If you move out of the state either with an agreement or court order child support continue until the child reaches age 18. Child support will continue until further order of the court. Child support will be determined by California law so long as one parent resides in the state.

The hard part is getting permission to move out of state. You need a stipulation with the other parent, or a court order. Once you get permission to move, the only effect it would have on support is if it reduces the paying parent's time with the children, since the amount of time with each parent is a major factor in the support calculation.
