Re: child support
The answer depends upon the following factors:
1. The ratio of income or assets of the two parents;
2. The amount of time the child is with each parent;
3. Whether the department of child support services is involved;
4. Are both parents represented by an attorney;
5. Which judge is being asked to sign the court order setting the child support.
