The answer depends upon the following factors:

1. The ratio of income or assets of the two parents;

2. The amount of time the child is with each parent;

3. Whether the department of child support services is involved;

4. Are both parents represented by an attorney;

5. Which judge is being asked to sign the court order setting the child support.
