Child Support past age 18

Does a father who has been paying

child support since age 2 have to

pay child support after age 18 and

high school graduation if the child is

attending college? Can a parent

legally get a court support order for

college?

Re: Child Support past age 18

Child support can be extended beyond age 18 or high school only by agreement of the parties. Without agreement it cannot be extended past the statutory time. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
