child support

i am paying 600.00 and i feel i am paying to much. i have a son in another relationship. when they ordered the payment they didnt take into consideration that i have another child or that i have day care costs and a car payment, rent just wanted to know how i go about getting my child support payment lowered

If you will call me I can run a calculation so that you will know whether you should file the motion. I seen several times when a party files a motion only to see the child support go the opposite direction than they requested. IF is the D.A. enforcing the ORDER then you need to claim your other child as a hardship deduction at an OSC at the Civil Courthouse. If it is your X then schedule an OSC at Family Court. Contact me directly.
