Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

I have been paying child support for the past 15 years of approximately 1,200-1,500 per month. My son's father had me locked up saying that I had stolen my child when I left the State of California, I served 3 months in jail for that accusation. I had violated his visitation rights but there was alot of domestic violence. I had a court order to see my son, but living in a different state, it was difficult and when I relocated to California, his father denied me access to my son. When I went to jail, he filed child support and it has escalated to $46,000 in arrearages. I have been through cancer (2 years) and getting back on my feet. My son is 18 now, I haven't seen him since he was 6 years old and the above amount is arrearage (not for lack of payment) he sued me while I was incarcerated. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and my son lives in California. His dad contacted me demanding $46,000 and I am only working part-time at this time. I am not saying that I am not going to pay it, it's just that I am only working part-time and my mother has been extremely ill, so I've had to take care of her also. I am a legal secretary by profession and I know I need an attorney in California. Can you help me get legal representation in CA?
